As we grow, we’re excited to be working with partners to support our events and activities.
Thank you to our headline partner, Sage, and our 2026 event partners, Gateshead College and Tombola. Your support is essential, helping us to develop and grow our community.
In turn, working with us highlights your commitment to a more equal and diverse tech sector here in the North East.

We're a community-led organisation, and since forming in 2022, our events have hosted attendees from entry level and entrepreneur to C-Suite level executives. We turn to them for input on the types of events we host, the sort of resources they are looking for, and what they need for support.
They are actively seeking companies and organisations that will support their career growth or find common values for collaboration. If you want the next wave (and the current wave) of talent looking at you as their best bet for a career in tech, you want to get their eyes on you.

We’ve got big ideas for the future and with the right partners, we’ll bring them to life:
- A mentorship programme connecting aspiring women and non-binary people in tech with industry role models
- Training opportunities led by trusted tech professionals
- Expanding our online community to include peer support and resources
- A dedicated newsletter and jobs board for visibility, opportunity, and progression
- Your idea here... we’re open to co-creating initiatives with partners who share our mission

We welcome:
Our community supports the experiences of our members and we recognise the fluidity of gender identities. We are building an inclusive and accessible community in order to speak directly to the struggles and successes women experience in the tech industry.
We are looking to partner with organisations that are eager to:
If you’re in on the mission, we’d love to have you join us.
